LICENSE TO USE WEBSITE
1. All order placed post 6:00 pm shall be processed on the next day and delivered to you as per given timelines.
2. Any order placed/booked on late weekend i.e. on Saturday post 6:00 pm will be automatically processed for dispatch on Monday or on next working day. No courier service is available on government holidays and hence the orders placed on the same will be dispatched the next working day.
3. Shipping details while booking should be correct and any delay in delivery due to wrong details will be the sole responsibility of the customer only.
4. In case where billing address and shipping address is different all necessary information such as address, nearby location, contact person name and contact number should be provided for smooth delivery process.

Card information is transmitted securely through a third party. Burlyfield Biotech shall have no role to play in case of any dispute related to payments/refunds.
